Refund Policy

WTEO will not issue refunds for lost equipment. If you receive equipment from Feniex that is damaged or inoperable you have 30 days from time of delivery to notify WTEO. If you choose not to replace the damaged equipment with a warranty replacement you must ship your defective equipment to WTEO. Once we have received your return and confirm a manufacturer defect a refund will be issued. If we have any reason to believe the equipment was installed improperly or tampered with a refund may be withheld. 

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
